I found the location convenient. The check-in and check-out were very quick, just easy. The staff was very friendly and ready to assist whenever needed. I found the beds very comfortable. I slept soundly.

executive lounge hard liquor

The executive lounge access was a real treat! It was open all day, and I could grab soft drinks, tea, and coffee. The 6-8pm bar service offered beer, wine, and a selection of hard liquor. The mini mince pies and duck dumplings saved me a dinner bill!!!

I found only two bath towels. There were no washcloths available.

noisy air conditioning insufficient temperature

the location was VERY advantageous. it is what it is.

the air conditioning DID NOT work properly and produced too much noise. this was bothersome especially when you stay weekly. the water temperature was also insufficient.
